Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Many of our hats are custom-made.

  • Custom patch hats: Production time varies based on design and quantity. We’ll confirm timing with you once your design is approved.

  • Ready-to-ship hats: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate, depending on your order.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders

  • Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout before purchase

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Porch pickup is available for local customers only and will appear at checkout based on your address.

  • Free local delivery may be available for select Uptown New Orleans zip codes.

Delays

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
