Return Policy

Because many of our hats are custom-made, all custom patch hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and produced.

Ready-to-Ship / Non-Custom Hats

If you purchased a non-custom, ready-to-ship hat, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Hat must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping charges).

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
